Refund Policy

Digital products are non-refundable once purchased and delivered. You retain statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Once you download or access a digital product, you may lose your right to cancel.

We offer refunds or replacements only for:

• Duplicate purchases (within 24 hours of first purchase)
• Corrupted or defective files (if unresolved after 2 business days support)
• Payment errors

To claim a refund (exceptional circumstances only): Email info@thegreetingshelf.co.uk with your order number within 30 days of purchase. Include evidence of the exceptional circumstance (duplicate transaction confirmation, corrupted file error details, or payment discrepancy proof). We'll review and respond within 2 business days. If approved, refunds are processed within 14 business days.
