OVERVIEW

This website is operated by The Greeting Shelf ("we", "us", "our", or "Company") and is hosted on the Shopify platform ("Shopify"). By visiting our site and/or purchasing digital products, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

SECTION 1 – DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE & USE

License Grant

Upon purchasing a digital product, you are granted a single-user, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for:

Personal use only, OR
Internal business use (within a single organization)

You Agree NOT To:

Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any digital files for resale or distribution
Share, transfer, or redistribute download links or files to third parties
Modify, adapt, or rebrand the assets to resell as your own products
Use files for any commercial purpose beyond your intended internal business use
Remove or alter copyright notices or watermarks

Permitted Use:

Print or download files for personal use
Use files for projects within your organization
Modify files for your personal or internal business purposes (not for resale)

Violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination and may result in legal action.

SECTION 2 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights in our digital products, designs, templates, and website content remain the exclusive property of The Greeting Shelf. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

SECTION 3 – PRICES & AVAILABILITY

Price Changes

Prices are subject to change at any time. Price changes apply to new orders only and will be displayed before checkout. Existing orders are not affected by price changes.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, update, or temporarily suspend our services for maintenance or technical improvements. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable. We will not discontinue services without notice if it would breach our obligations to existing customers.

SECTION 5 – PAYMENT & REFUNDS

Payment must be received before download access is granted
All prices are in GBP and include applicable VAT where required
Payments are processed securely through Shopify

SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products
We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, business interruption, or service unavailability

Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the product

SECTION 7 – WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & DOWNTIME

We aim to keep our website available 24/7, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Downtime may occur due to:

Shopify platform maintenance or updates
Technical issues or server problems
Third-party payment processor issues
Circumstances beyond our control

We are not liable for temporary unavailability. We will use reasonable efforts to restore access promptly.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is processed. Once payment is verified and files are delivered, cancellation is not available. Please refer to our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

SECTION 10 – TERMINATION

We and/or Shopify reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately if you breach these Terms of Service or Shopify's Acceptable Use Policy.

Upon termination:

Your license to use digital products ceases
You may retain downloaded files for personal use
You forfeit any outstanding refund eligibility (except where required by law)

If Shopify terminates our store, we cannot guarantee continued access to your download links.

SECTION 11 – DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
